What is VeDi?

VeDi™ is online version of the large-scale audit, Venue Diagnostic, which provides a cost-effective solution for venues looking to analyse and control their business strategy. A comprehensive tool exploring five critical areas of the venue, VeDi™ identifies innovative ways to make the venue work harder.

A world first, this simple online system enables users to go to an online platform and complete a series of questions, across five areas – Business, Sales and Marketing, Team, Venue and Stakeholder Management. VeDi™ will then generates a personalised report detailing the venues comparative performance along with key recommendations for improvement. VeDi™ makes recommendations for sustaining and growing existing business and assists with identifying new and innovative ways to promote the venue.

How much does VeDi cost?

There are two subscription offers for VeDi. A single subscription cost £250 which allows you to complete VeDi once. For £500 you receive three questionnaires, which can be used annually as part of your business strategy and continuous improvement plans. With venue consultants charging a rate of £750+ for venue audit and consultancy, VeDi offers a proven diagnostic methodology with recommendations for venue growth for one third of the cost!

How long does VeDi take?

You should allow 20-30 minutes to complete the questionnaire. There are approximately 80 questions to answer but you can save your progress and return to VeDi any time.

What do we get from VeDi?

VeDi assesses your venue across five critical areas for business development and growth: Business, Sales and Marketing, Team, Venue and Stakeholder Management. Once the questionnaire had been completed, a personalised report is generated for your venue. The report provides you with an overall score for your venue and details key strategic insights and recommendations for business growth. You can print this report but it will be saved in your account so that you can access it at any time.
